Recom ProteaseARREST™ is broad range, bacterial, 100X concentrated, ready-to-use protease inhibitor cocktail specifically designed for use in the purification of recombinant proteins from bacteria and is fully compatible with His tag protein purification with IMAC. The protease inhibitor cocktail inhibits bacterial serine, cysteine, metallo- and other bacterial specific proteases including aminopeptidases and aspartic proteases. The 1X composition is 668µM AEBSF, 1mM 1,10-Phenathroline, 1mM Benzamidine, 1mM Iodoacetamide, 1µM Pepstatin A  and 1mM PMSF in DMSO. Supplied as a 100X DMSO solution in 1ml and 5ml vials.
