Mammalian ProteaseARREST™ for mammalian cells and tissue extracts. A 100X concentrated protease inhibitor cocktail featuring mammalian serine, cysteine and other mammalian specific proteases including aminopeptidases, trypsin-like and aspartic proteases. The 1X composition is 668µm AEBSF, 0.3µM Aprotinin, 3µM Bestatin, 14µM E-64, 5.25µM Leupeptin, 1µM Pepstatin A and 1mM PMSF in DMSO with optional 5mM EDTA. Supplied as a 100X DMSO solution in 1ml and 5ml vials.
